Details
Required for the first two years of all projects
This foundational service tier enables local intelligence, monitoring, and automation for every GenieOS deployment.
Includes:
Business day technical support (M–F, 07:00–19:00 CT)
Locally hosted web-based user interface
Locally hosted dashboard and reports
AI-assisted alarm and warning generation
Locally hosted integration and control loops
On-site data storage for 90 days (based on 1GB/day)
Feature updates and improvements (requires internet connection)
2 days of commissioning support included
(Additional days billed at $2,000/day if delays occur)
Improved Services: 20% discount on non-warranty dispatch of a Field Service Engineer
